The Ammerland park landscape forms the western portal to the metropolitan region Bremen-Oldenburg in the northwest. Thanks to its direct proximity to the university city of Oldenburg and the favourable position en route to the seaports and holiday centres on the East Frisian and Lower Saxon coast, the District of Ammerland business location has a particular attractiveness.
