An expansion of the commercial area in an easterly direction has already taken place with the "Östlich An den Kolonaten" commercial area. Corresponding mixed-use and commercial areas have already been allocated in the approx. 5.2 ha area, meaning that the municipality is currently unable to offer any further plots. An additional expansion to the east is not currently planned.
