Location description¹:
With the freight transport center in Dörpen as one of the most efficient facilities of its kind in Germany with transshipment facilities by barge, rail and truck, the location offers excellent logistical conditions. 160 hectares of vacant land in municipal ownership, of which 135 hectares are contiguous in an area directly on the coastal canal, offer settlement opportunities for industrial companies of almost every type and size. Further industrial and commercial sites of various sizes are available in all member municipalities. The GreenEnergyPark A31 in Heede offers unique settlement opportunities for companies in the renewable energy sector
