Description
The city of Leer intends to further develop the commercial area in a westerly and southerly direction in the course of 2024, thus providing an attractive range of space for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
In view of the difficult, unsustainable soil conditions in the area, funds from the joint task "Improvement of the regional economic structure (GRW)" will be used for the development measures to promote high-quality business-related infrastructure measures on the part of the federal and state governments in order to make the areas suitable for development. The granting of these funds is subject to conditions under subsidy law for the allocation of commercial properties. It is therefore planned to primarily attract GRW-eligible companies. To this end, the sites will be put out to public tender. The sales exposé with the associated annexes can be viewed and downloaded from the property website from 20.01.2024.
Applications for the plots are requested by 19.04.2024.
