Description
Die Stadt Leer erschließt seit Januar 2025 weitere Flächen des Gewerbegebietes in westlicher und südlicher Richtung und erweitert damit ihr attraktives Flächenangebot für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU).
Für die Erschließungsmaßnahmen werden mit Blick auf die schwierigen, nicht tragfähigen Bodenverhältnisse in dem Gebiet Mittel der Gemeinschaftsaufgabe "Verbesserung der regionalen Wirtschaftsstruktur (GRW)" für die Förderung hochwertiger wirtschaftsnaher Infrastrukturmaßnahmen seitens des Bundes und des Landes in Anspruch genommen, um die Flächen bebaubar zu machen. Mit der Gewährung dieser Mittel sind förderrechtliche Auflagen bei der Vergabe der Gewerbegrundstücke verbunden. Daher ist geplant, in erster Linie GRW-förderfähige Betriebe anzusiedeln. Dazu ist zu Beginn des Jahres 2024 eine öffentliche Ausschreibung der Flächen erfolgt. Das Verkaufsexposé mit den dazugehörigen Anlagen kann auf der Objekthomepage eingesehen und dort heruntergeladen werden.
Bewerbungen können an die dort genannten Ansprechpartnerinnen gerichtet werden, die auch für Rückfragen gerne zur Verfügung stehen.
