In the event of the conclusion of a rental agreement - for properties not marked as commission-free - we receive a commission from the tenant in the amount of 3 net monthly rents plus statutory VAT. For a lease term of 7 years or more, the commission increases to 3.5 net monthly rents. For a lease term of 10 years or more, the commission increases to 4.0 net monthly rents. The aforementioned commission rates are exclusive of statutory VAT.

If a purchase agreement is concluded - for properties not marked as commission-free - the commission is 5% net for a purchase price of up to and including EUR 5 million, 4% net for a purchase price of more than EUR 5 million up to and including EUR 10 million and 3% net for a purchase price of more than EUR 10 million, plus VAT at the statutory rate in each case.
