Transport¹:
| Comment on the transport infrastructure: | Der Wirtschaftsstandort Landkreis Stade entwickelt sich mit großen Schritten. Interessant wird der Standort durch die vorhandenen Verkehrsinfrastrukturangebote, wie den seeschifftiefen Seehafen Stade oder den Terminal für den kombinierten Ladungsverkehr in Stade Brunshausen. Bei beiden ist derzeit ein Kapazitätsausbau geplant, der mit ihrer Umsetzung die Leistungsfähigkeit des Standortes insgesamt noch erhöht. Die verkehrliche Anbindung an Hamburg ist im Rahmen des hvv und der S-Bahn-Linie vorhanden. Perspektiven bieten aber auch die Infrastrukturvorhaben, die in den kommenden Jahren realisiert werden. Die bereits in Bau befindliche Bundesautobahn A 26 von Stade nach Hamburg - der erste Teilabschnitt ist bereits in Betrieb genommen worden - gehört hier ebenso dazu wie die Elbquerung westlich von Stade mit Weiterführung in südlicher Richtung als A 20. Sie ergänzen die bereits vorhandenen Anbindungen an die A 1 Hamburg - Bremen, den ICE-Bahnhof Hamburg-Harburg und den Flughafen Hamburg. |

Location description¹:
Der Landkreis Stade verfügt am Standort Stade über ein Forschungszentrum und ein Technologiezentrum, in denen Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und öffentliche Hand gemeinsam die Entwicklung, Produktion und Anwendung kohlefaserverstärkter Kunststoffe (CFK) vorantreiben. Darüber hinaus bietet das Gründungs- und Innovationszentrum Stade jungen Unternehmen die Möglichkeit, ihre ersten Schritte in die Selbständigkeit zu gehen; neben Büroflächen stehen eine Gemeinschaftsinfrastruktur und Beratungsmöglichkeiten vor Ort zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus ist der Landkreis Sitz der ESTEBURG Obstbauzentrum Jork, die als Kompetenzzentrum für den Obstbau in Norddeutschland international anerkannt ist.
