The total office space of 1,177 m² is spread over 3 floors (ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor) in the building and can be accessed either via the elevator or the stairwells.
The 3 office floors have the same basic layout. In the area leading to the central stairwell, there are reception and central reception areas, which are used differently on the individual floors. In the core area, there are 2 ladies' and 2 men's WCs per floor, as well as ancillary rooms such as IT sub-distribution and storage rooms.
One WC area on the first floor has been equipped with a shower! This allows employees to freshen up after a bike ride to the office or after sport!
