The project was realized by four renowned companies that are already responsible for a large number of properties in and around Oldenburg. Neu_FundLand and Aschenbeck & Aschenbeck are responsible for the project development. The architectural firm Angelis & Partner was responsible for the design, planning and execution. The DREI HÖFE were built as a general contractor by Alfred Döpker Bauunternehmen. As expected, the result is a building complex that meets the highest standards in terms of concept, design, functionality and execution.

The new boutique hotel with 100 high-quality rooms ranging from double rooms to family suites will undoubtedly set new standards in Oldenburg. Expect high-quality design and furnishings, a careful selection of materials and furniture, as well as a well thought-out lighting and color concept. Plus local and regional products in the breakfast and bar area. HIIVE // Modern, urban, relaxed. The interior work for the restaurant space has now begun. The first walls have been erected and the space is now being prepared step by step for your concept!

A beautiful dining room with a spacious bar area is planned in the street-facing area. From here, hotel guests will also have direct access to the restaurant! The front glass façade can be partially opened in this area so that your guests can relax and enjoy themselves on nice days. You also have the opportunity to place smaller tables for your guests in front of the building.

The rear guest area is also spacious. To the left, you have a direct view of the kitchen. To the right is access to the beautiful inner courtyard.

In the inner courtyard, we can offer you an outdoor terrace of a good 116 m². You can place your outdoor seating and umbrellas here.

The current space planning envisages a guest room of approx. 257 m² in total. The kitchen is planned with a size of approx. 35 m². There is also an adjoining scullery, storage rooms, staff room and staff WC. The customer toilets are located in the middle area with a toilet suitable for disabled people.
