Description
Im Gewerbeflächenkonzept des Landkreises Helmstedt 2024 ist diese bestehende Gewerbefläche der Samtgemeinde Grasleben unter strukturellen Gesichtspunkten zwar nicht als ein klassisches Gewerbegebiet gelistet.
Die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung an das Oberzentrum Wolfsburg im Norden und der kurze Weg über die Bundesstraße B 244 zur Autobahn A 2 mit der ASS Helmstedt West machen das vorhandene Gewerbegebiet interessant. Das Gewerbegebiet verfügt über keine weiteren freien Flächen, jedoch bestehende und momentan im Leerstand befndliche Lagerhallen und Verwaltungsgebäude warten auf neue Nutzungsmöglichkeiten.
