Description
Im aktuellen Gewerbeflächen konzept des Landreises Helmstedt 2024 ist das Sondergebiet Wendhausen als Potenzialfläche gelistet. Das Sondergebiet befindet sich südlich vom bestehenden Logistikzentrum Wendhausen. Mit ersten Erschließungsmaßnahmen des Sondergebietes wurde im vergagenen Jahr begonnen.
