Description
An der westlichen Einfahrt in das TU-Gebiet liegt eine rund 10.600 m2 große Brachfläche im Eigentum des Landes Niedersachsen. Der Bebauungsplan setzt dort bisher „Parkierungsfläche Technische Hochschule Clausthal“ fest. Zu einer solchen Nutzung ist es jedoch nicht gekommen. Das Gelände ist bis heute unbebaut. Für eine entsprechende Änderung des Bebauungsplans ist bereits der Aufstellungsbeschluss gefasst.
