Description
To the north of the existing "Heidkämpe" commercial area in Huntlosen, a new commercial and industrial area is being built on Sannumer Strasse. Comments on the building plan:
The Sannumer Strasse commercial and industrial area is being developed as a carbon-neutral construction area. Within the area, only non-fossil energy sources from renewable energies or combined heat and power may be used for heating, ventilation and cooling systems. Furthermore, only roof surfaces with a maximum pitch of 15 degrees are permitted in the entire area covered by the development plan. It is mandatory for all roof surfaces with an area of more than 15 square meters to be fully greened. The new area is therefore an absolute role model in terms of climate protection.
