Object description
A new business and services park is being developed in the area covered by the former Winkelhausenkaserne army barracks in the north of Osnabrück in a convenient transport location with a direct link to the B 68 (Bramscher Straße). We can offer you empty plots there for building office buildings as well as existing buildings that can be rented or bought.

On the area of the former Winkelhausenkaserne barracks and the army catering camp for the German armed forces, which covers around 31 hectares, the Roberts Barracks of the British armed forces were located. The Winkelhausenkaserne was officially opened in 1935 on what was the runway of the "Netter Heide" airfield. After the end of the war, the British occupied the Winkelhausenkaserne. It was handed over to the German Federal Office for Real Estate Management on December 18th, 2008. The Winkelhausenkaserne is being designated for civil use for the first time.

The building structures are still dominated by the original architecture of the German armed forces barracks with the layout of buildings around the drill and exercise grounds, such as the staff quarters along the road "An der Netter Heide" and the warehouse buildings next to the branch canal.

The site offers excellent potential for developing the area into a high-quality business and service location.
