Successful presentation at Real Estate North

The “Real Estate North” exhibition premiered on 2nd and 3rd June in Hamburg as the new marketplace for commercial property in Northern Europe. Over 1,100 specialist visitors came to the show and over 40 international experts talked about the current market situation and outlined prospects and perspectives for the sector in discussion forums.

Also premiered at the event was the new look and layout of the detail maps depicting available industrial and commercial real estate in Niedersachsen's portal for business locations KomSIS.de. These new detailed maps are now being presented on the basis of GoogleMaps, which is the most familiar form of portraying maps for the majority of Internet users both in Germany and abroad. With the aid of KomSIS.de, brokers and project developers were able to inform themselves at the Niedersachsen stand about the location merits and offers in the federal state and were very positive in their assessment of the new business site maps.

KomSIS.de was also the subject of an address at the stand reception staged by the Harburg District Economic Development Agency (WLH). The scope of services provided by the state portal was shown along with how local authorities in Niedersachsen can make use of the special services offered by KomSIS.de to effectively market their location packages and offers for investors both regionally and locally.
