Deutsche Post properties are being marketed through KomSIS.de

The commercial properties section in KomSIS has grown considerably as a result. The properties from the German postal services provider are mostly situated in attractive inner-city or town centre locations and are being offered for sale or for rent.

In order to offer the properties, the company Lorac Investment Management S.àr.l. has made use of a new service provided by the KomSIS portal that has enabled the data to be taken over (from immoscout24) in an automated procedure via an electronic interface.

This new facility of importing data directly from other portals or broker software is also available to other providers of vacant business properties as long as they wish to advertise more than 5 properties in KomSIS.
